living fascia!!
check out this short clip from Jean Claude Guimberteau's video "strolling under the skin" where he shows magnified video of fascia in a living person! there are larger clips available too if you can't get enough. the language is very technical, but just sit back and enjoy the visual magic that lives inside of us!

ReplyDeleteWOW. that is what connective tissue ACTUALLY looks like??? my mind is blown. also, i'm really sad i'm not there for your workshop, it sounds AMAZING and i'm so anxious to learn about all this stuff but not finding the inspiration to do it alone, or a teacher to guide me here. i will rely on zen muffin to relay all the info to me!! thanks for sharing lisa!
